Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original branded boxes and outer packaging to ensure they remain in a resalable condition during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or designated courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 working days.
